A simple and transparent structure
Your total investment is based on four key components, plus one-time setup costs.
1. Base Role Fee
The monthly fee for your dedicated accountant or support staff is based on the role and experience level.
2. Management Support
Covers recruitment, onboarding, HR, payroll support, performance management, and ongoing support.
3. Employee Benefits
Includes mandatory benefits such as HMO, government-mandated contributions, and other statutory benefits.
One-time onboarding cost applies for new placements.
This covers recruitment, setup, and training.

Are there any hidden fees?
Pricing includes a separate monthly role, management support, and benefits fees. Optional add-ons and equipment costs are changed sepately when selected.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee already includes salary and management fee benefits.
Are there one-time fees?
Yes. A one-time AUD 1,500 onboarding fee applies to every new placement. Equipment may also involve a one-time cost or monthly rental.
Can we customise our setup?
Yes. Management support, employee benefits, and optional add-ons can be selected based on your needs.
Can we change our management support tier?
Yes. The guide specifies a three-month minimum before upgrading and a 12-month minimum before downgrading.
Are prices fixed for every client?
No. Actual costs may vary based on candidate experience, role requirements, team size, and additional sevices.
